NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

The Winter Escape Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party social platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Minute Suites.

HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants may use either of the two (2) entry methods described below. Limit one (1) initial entry per entrant, regardless of entry method. Entrants may earn additional bonus entries through referrals, qualifying Minute Suites stays, or the alternative free bonus entry method described below. All valid entries, regardless of method, will have equal weight in the prize drawing.

Entry Method 1: Online

To enter online, complete and submit the form at: https://minutesuites.texttaponit.com/winter-escape.

Upon submitting the online form, you will receive a text message from Minute Suites asking you to reply Y or YES to confirm your entry and consent to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Minute Suites. You must respond to complete your online entry.

By replying Y or YES, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Minute Suites, including promotional offers and updates. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.

Entrants who do not wish to subscribe to promotional text messages may enter the Sweepstakes through the mail-in entry method described below. No purchase or marketing subscription is required to enter through the mail-in method.

Entry Method 2: Mail-in

To enter by mail without making a purchase, legibly hand print your full name, complete valid postal address (including ZIP code), date of birth, telephone number, and valid email address on a 3½" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Maximum one (1) initial entry card will be accepted per stamped outer mailing envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2026, and received by November 20, 2026. Entries not meeting these deadlines will be disqualified.

The Minute Suites Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail, all of which will be void. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. All entries become the property of Minute Suites, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

BONUS ENTRIES

Referral Bonus Entries

Entrants may receive additional entries by sharing a unique URL provided by Minute Suites with friends who use it to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms of use when sharing the URL. When sharing the URL, entrants must include a statement substantially similar to the following:

“Help me earn an additional entry by using my link to enter the Winter Escape Giveaway.”

Entrants will receive one (1) additional entry for every “Referred Entrant.” A “Referred Entrant” is an individual who is eligible for the Sweepstakes and submits a valid entry to the Sweepstakes by clicking the entrant's unique URL. Minute Suites will notify an entrant when such entrant has received an additional entry.

Entrants who enter by mail may request their unique referral URL by contacting Minute Suites at info@minutesuites.com. Participation in the referral bonus entry opportunity does not require consent to receive marketing communications.

There is no limit to the number of eligible referral bonus entries an entrant may earn during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Minute Suites Stay Bonus Entries

Entrants who have successfully entered the Sweepstakes through either the online or mail-in entry method may receive one (1) additional entry for every one (1) full hour stayed at Minute Suites during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Qualifying stays must be completed during the Entry Period and associated with the entrant's Sweepstakes registration. Only full hours completed before the end of the Entry Period will qualify. Canceled or refunded stays will not qualify for bonus entries.

A maximum of fifteen (15) bonus entries may be earned through qualifying Minute Suites stays during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, subject to the combined bonus entry limit below.

Alternative Free Bonus Entry Method

Entrants may also receive bonus entries without making a purchase or completing a Minute Suites stay. To receive free bonus entries, entrants must first complete a valid Sweepstakes entry through either the online or mail-in entry method.

Entrants may then legibly hand print their full name, complete postal address (including ZIP code), telephone number, valid email address, the words “Winter Escape Bonus Entry,” and the number of bonus entries requested (up to fifteen (15)) on a 3½" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Each eligible request will receive the number of bonus entries specified, up to the maximum of fifteen (15) total bonus entries permitted through the combination of qualifying Minute Suites stays and the alternative free bonus entry method.

Only one (1) free bonus entry request is necessary to obtain the maximum number of available bonus entries. Entrants who have already earned bonus entries through qualifying Minute Suites stays may request additional free bonus entries up to the combined maximum of fifteen (15).

Bonus entry requests must be postmarked by November 15, 2026, and received by November 20, 2026. Requests not meeting these deadlines will be disqualified.

Combined Bonus Entry Limit

Entrants may receive a maximum of fifteen (15) total bonus entries through any combination of qualifying Minute Suites stays and the alternative free bonus entry method during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

This limit does not apply to referral bonus entries, which are unlimited, provided each referral meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.

All valid bonus entries will have equal weight in the prize drawing, regardless of how they are earned. No purchase or Minute Suites stay is necessary to obtain bonus entries.

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

ELIGIBILITY:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Entrants agree to accept the decisions of Minute Suites as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Employees of Minute Suites, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional agencies, and immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live), or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible.

ENTRY PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins on October 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”).

Minute Suites' computer clock is the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive:

• $1,500 toward airfare
• $2,500 toward hotel or Airbnb accommodations
• $500 Minute Suites credit
• $500 Visa gift card

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000.

Prize components are subject to availability and any applicable terms, conditions, and restrictions. 

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

ODDS OF WINNING:

This is a game of chance. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received, including valid bonus entries.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, including qualifying bonus entries, on or about November 23, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided at entry. Due to the number of entries, only the potential winner will be contacted directly.

The potential winner's right to receive the prize is subject to verification of eligibility, including verification of age and residency. The potential winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where permitted by law), and applicable tax documentation before the prize is awarded.

If a potential winner is determined to be ineligible, is otherwise disqualified under these Official Rules, fails to respond to the first attempted notification within seven (7) calendar days, or fails to complete required documentation within the specified timeframe, Minute Suites reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

PUBLICITY:

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Minute Suites, anyone acting on behalf of Minute Suites, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns may use the winner's name, biographical information, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements made by the winner about the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, promotional, and public relations purposes in any media, without additional compensation or approval, to the extent permitted by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Minute Suites and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Minute Suites Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, arising from:

(i) participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;

(ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software;

(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service;

(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes; or

(v) electronic or human error occurring in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries, including incorrect, delayed, or inaccurate transmission of winner notifications, prize claims, or other information relating to the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In the event that more legitimate prize claims are received than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules due to an error, Minute Suites reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes through a random drawing among eligible claimants, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

LEGAL WARNING:

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MINUTE SUITES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Minute Suites may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if it determines, based on reasonable evidence, that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion through cheating, deception, automated entry programs, or other unfair practices, or by threatening, abusing, or harassing other entrants or the Minute Suites Parties.

YOU ALSO AGREE:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

(i) Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or other damages beyond those permitted by applicable law in an action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded; and

(ii) Entrants' remedies will be limited to their actual out-of-pocket expenses of participation in the Sweepstakes, where such limitations are permitted by law.

MINUTE SUITES RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running or being fulfilled as planned due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Minute Suites, including natural disasters, severe weather events, labor strikes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures that materially affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Minute Suites reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes.

In the event of cancellation, Minute Suites reserves the right to select a winner through a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the cancellation, where legally permissible.

PRIVACY:

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Minute Suites and its authorized service providers:

(i) for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes;

(ii) as otherwise described in these Official Rules;

(iii) as set forth in the Minute Suites Privacy Policy available at https://minutesuites.m.txttoi.com/legal/privacy-policy; and

(iv) to send promotional communications to entrants who have consented to receive such communications, as permitted by applicable law.

To unsubscribe from Minute Suites commercial email lists, use the unsubscribe link in any commercial email message received. To opt out of promotional text messages, reply STOP.

Receipt of commercial communications from Minute Suites, including promotional text messages or commercial email messages, is not required for participation through the mail-in entry method and will not affect eligibility to win.
