MINUTE SUITES HIRES VP OF CONSTRUCTION TO MANAGE EIGHT NEW PROJECTS

As Minute Suites prepares to over double in size, they hire former Fraport Construction Project Manager Michael Wish

Minute Suites, which provides private suites for napping, relaxing or working during a layover or flight delay, has hired Mike Wish, former Construction Project Manager for Fraport, a major airport developer. Wish brings 18 years of experience in retail/construction, including management of the Cleveland Airport Redevelopment Project and is equipped to execute on Minute Suites’ rapid growth plan.

Currently, Minute Suites has six locations across four airports in the U.S., but they have eight new projects underway, located throughout the northeast and southeast regions. They are also working toward securing locations in the Midwest and on the west coast. Wish provides the depth of experience necessary to more than double in size this year.

“We are thrilled to have Michael on the team,” says Chief Operating Officer of Minute Suites, Chris Glass. “Our growth rate is accelerating too quickly for our current capacity. Michael has the skills to manage our new projects so we can maintain and even increase our momentum as we seek to expand into every airport.”

“I am so excited about this opportunity,” says Wish. “The Minute Suites team is amazing and I am so excited about this opportunity. The concept is so fresh and unique, and hopefully, I get to be part of expanding the brand worldwide!”

Minute Suites are private retreats available to rent by the hour. Located post-security within the terminal and outfitted with a daybed sofa with pillows and blankets, television with DIRECTV and Netflix and functional workstation with Wi-Fi, it’s a wellness-based solution to the fatigue caused by air travel and an oasis within the crowded terminal.

Suites are booked with a one-hour minimum followed by 15-minute increments along with an eight-hour day rate and a flat overnight rate option available. Advanced booking is recommended when possible and reservations can be made more easily than ever with the brand new Minute Suites Mobile app, available for download on Android and iOS.
