COVID-19 Update

To our most valued customers:

This last week has been a difficult one for millions of Americans. With shutdowns of entire states, the impacts are being felt everywhere. That is even true for our company.

When this crisis began, we immediately acted. Process changes were made to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees alike. Financial adjustments took place in an effort to keep our people employed. As the crisis grew, some of our locations were forced to temporarily close. Unfortunately, we had to layoff many employees as a result of this pandemic.

We are still committed to the health and safety of these employees, and because of that we will continue to cover the health insurance premiums for those that were insured with us. While it is only a small gesture, we do not believe now is the time for anyone to lose healthcare coverage.

In the wake of these closures and layoffs, we continue our efforts to keep the remaining units operating. Our CEO, Dr. Amir Arbisser, has decided to stop his salary while our employees are laid off. His leadership through action speaks volumes to our entire team. We have also combined operations in airports where we have multiple locations. Minute Suites maintains open operations in DFW, ATL, and CLT airports.

While we have been affected like the rest of America, we are still working our hardest to be able to service those passengers needing to travel. As of today, we remain open. Our medical sanitization process makes our “Clean and Serene” spaces one of the safest places while in the airport. Your health and safety are our number one priority and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

Stay healthy,
